5 Star reviews are easy when everything is going great - but where you really earn them is when things are going the other way.

I purchased the Boxster with a few declared issues - which I was happy to work away at putting right over time.
Unfortunately, a few more issues arose shortly afterwards which made it an unfeasible project.

Communication with Kevin I have to say was 1st Class - he answered every call and concern promptly and didn't shy away from the problem where some dealers may have.

Kevin will tell you I did have my doubts at times - but that was to do with problematic experiences I've had with other dealers in the past.

We worked with Kevin to find a solution and in the end, we decided trading the car at auction was the way to go.

Kevin - honest and conscientious - very generously agreed to make us whole again. Many dealers talk the talk but few keep their promises- Kevin came through.

I was looking for a car for a long time, and was really struggling to find the perfect car. Then I came across a car from Kevin at Stream Cars. I found it on a Sunday, whilst at work and thought I’d risk calling up just in case he replied! He answered immediately and agreed to see me on a Sunday evening at 8pm, with very little notice. I couldn’t have asked for better service - even before seeing the car. Once I arrived I was overwhelmed with the fantastic condition of the car. Kevin has said that selling in the dark and in the rain isn’t the best idea, but despite all conditions, the way he valeted the car and presented it, it was impossible to dislike. Something I loved was that Kevin didn’t push the car in my face and beg me for a sale, he let the car do the talking and let me form my own opinions - which was big for me as I usually feel there’s a lot of pressure to buy. We agreed on a sale that evening, and as well as an agreed sale, we also had some fantastic chats. Kevin is a very likeable, wonderful and non pushy sales man, which is everything you’d want. This was my second car and I wanted it to be perfect and the whole experience was.
